Excursion Rear windscreen replacement
Excursion Rear windscreen replacement
We're on vacation in Jekyll Island, GA a long way from Home in Canada, and my wife backs our Excursion into a live oak and the rear windscreen exploded. I've already ordered new glass and I'll pick it up tomorrow morning in Brunswick. Just wondering if anyone has done this job before and if there are any step by step pictures. couldn't really find anything on you-tube. thanks
This recent thread may help explain it.

My Bride also backed into a tree limb with our EX and shattered the rear glass, I had Safelite replace it.

My wife has done nothing to my rig!
I have now shattered the rear glass TWICE! and I am waiting for Safelite to come and replace the rear glass tomorrow. It friggin sucks!
Safelite is replacing it for $280 but it still hurts!

It would be a lot simpler with new glass. Only half the prep time!
