late 04 only mod is egr delete. Getting a no start when we shut down and go in a store for a bit. First I was thinking HPO but according to the scangauge the lowest ICP is 580-590 usually over 600. FICM voltage is 48.0. There is a p1187 code for oil temp voltage. The pigtail connector for the oil temp sensor was broken but seemed to work. I replaced the connector with a new one and still have the problem. According to the scangauge the oil and water temp are well within 10 degrees and while this was happening oil temp was 170. Any ideas, I'm at a loss.

thanks in advance
What is the ICP pressure and IPR% while cranking when it doesn't want to start?
I also have a "Actron" code reader, it reads the same code. I used the other reader after the check engine light would not go out. It threw an ICP code after I unplugged the ICP to try and start it.
did it start with the ICP unpluged?
i dont think a faulty EOT sensor is going to give you a hot no start.
it is just for the PCM to know the temp for things like fan speed or to de-fuel you when it gets to hot.

No, it will not start with the icp unplugged. It is really strange
