As far as posting a thread, you already have. So I'm thing you want help figuring out "where" on the forum to post your Thread.

As for posting Pics, when you start a new Thread or post a reply to a Thread, notice the menu at the top of you Post. When you get to the point in your post that you want to enter a Pic, click on this Icon in that menu
It will walk you through the process. Additionally, if you hit a bump, feel free to PM me for additional help.
