I have a 96 bronco, and I keep getting water in the b-pillar section of the truck. Right behind where the seat belt bolts to the body. When I shine a light up the pilar to see where the leak is, I can't up through the bracing. I noticed that on the outside where the roof and quarter panel joint is there is a hairline crack. Is it possible for warter to get in through there or more likely is it the top leaking? I know the top is leaking on the passenger side cause I'm getting water comming out of the rear speaker area. I'm trying to stop this cause the darn truck is starting to rust from the inside out. Any ideas, and what can I use to seal the cracks. Thanks Bob
yea, cajunbronco is right. I had BAD leaks in those rain gutters with my Bronco II and it ruined the whole headliner. Used a tube of clear silicone and it stopped all the leaks and you cant even see it.
Did you pull the headliner and seal it from the inside? I just had the headliner out to install a overhead console and I never dawned on me to look at the seems. Guess i know what I will be doing later this weekend.
