92 E350 ECU Code 41

I have a 93 20' Class C motorhome on a 92 E350 chassis (53K miles) with a 460 engine. When I took my first trip in it three years ago, the check engine light came on in stop and go traffic on a warm day, but shut off as soon as I got back up to speed. I pulled a code 41 (engine lean) and did a reset to delete the code. I then installed a new O2 sensor and replaced a temp sensor that was out of range.

It's been fine until a few weeks ago on a camping trip to the eastern Sierra's. After about a 10 min. period of idling on a mid 80's day at 7000 ft elevation, the check engine light came on and I pulled the same code. It hasn't come on again since that time. Is this a common problem with this engine/ECU and does anyone have any tips to help troubleshoot it correctly?

I have had a bad MAP sensor pull a code 41 before. I replaced the O2 sensor with a new one and didnt go away. I took it to a Ford dealer and the fixed it right away. Bad MAP. How does it Idle?
