Morning Greg. Our start way too damn early. I wish they'd wait until after Labor day.

I remember as a kid, having three months off for summer vacation. End on or around June 15th, and not go back until the 9th or 10 of September. Now, they only get two months off. At least the ones around here do.

Morning everyone.

Jim, I think it is dependent on where you live. I know in Florida they had to keep the schedule longer to allow for hurricane days. I believe similar to other states, and the snow days that they have to try and allot for.

It sure is! Back to the old grind, I am getting backer-board on the bathroom walls. Next step, tile. Doing the whole thing, less the ceiling. I am going to put new sheet rock up there though. It's not flat. If I don't do it now it won't happen.

I cannot guess how August has slipped by!

Where is our Princess, Donna?

Good Evening Nevada.
Got all the underground work done at our place. Plan to start building in Sept or Oct. Waiting for the weather to cool down. I work better in the cool.

It is not terribly hot here. But I still only put in about five hours a day. Too old, too many pains.

We used to get out at the end of May, and go back right after Labor day.

Hump day? That is just one of the reasons I don't get a lot of work done.
