Thanks, we love them. We got them from Big "O" Tires which is the same as NTB I think. They are the American Racing Outlaw 2's. They were only like $80 each? I think you can get them at Discount Tire too.

I wish I had been here sooner.. great project
There is a mig wire called "easy-grind" is made for bodywork and is a softer steel.. it comes is .025 ,030...
I use the .025 in my little 140 Lincoln mig and it works great without overheating the sheet metal and grinds away smooth
Keep up the great work ...

Well, I was out of town for a week so got back to work on the truck today. Weather was finally cool so I worked outside on the bed. The wheel wells had some real big rot holes so I got those fixed and will put in the new sheet metal tomorrow. Turned out quite well I think.
Cut out all the bad stuff with the plasma cutter. Patched the holes from the old roll bars too.
Replaces them one at a time.

On the wheel arches I'd do the size of coffee cups. Any square patch round the corners. On your inner box panel I would have made one long patch in stead of several small ones. Looks good though keep plugging away. Oh ya don't put in that inner fender panel throw it away.
So, don't put in the inner fenders? I bought a set cause I thought they had to go back in. Will it be rigid enough without them?
Thanks for the info. Im "learning as I go" with this one.

Heliguy I think I showed you these pic on another post but I'll show you again. Use the front liners in the rear. With some modifications they work great and good and secure. Then the box side won't get crap in between the to panels an rust out the wheel wells again.
Screw liner to the floor an inner side pinch weld. I use to make a track to go against the line ran run it along the pinch weld. I don't bother anymore.
