aod or c6
Looking to buy a bronco with the trans out.If it's a aod would there be any problems putting in a c6? Are they different lenghts?
is the bolt pattern at the trans case different?Would I need drive shafts from the bronce with the c6? Anything else that would help.

You can have driveshafts shortned for really cheap... Around a hundred bucks, and thats with new U-joints and its balanced.
As for the lengths... Im not sure on the lengths, but I'll measure my C6 tomorrow and reply, and maybe someone can measure the AOD for you
