Where can I get a replacement bottom u-bolt plate for a 1994 F-350? The one i need is for the passenger front. The ford dealer says its obsolete.

I think Diesel_Brad has a stash of those. They are unobtanium these days.

Here's some universals from O'Reilly's

List: Universal Joint - U-Bolt Kit - 1994 Ford F-350 | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Almost any parts store will carry the universal bolts, I guess you just have to look them over and see if they'll work and what the quality is.

Not a universal u bolt kit. What I'm looking for mounts the front axle to the leaf springs

Yep, made of unobtanium. Expect to pay about $100 if you do find one.

Are you doing a swap?

I have to make a trip to the junk yard for a few parts. I know what I'll be looking for now! That's crazy there are no aftermarkets for this application.

Man this is really bumming me out that I can't find a replacement part. There has to be something aftermarket for guys that do solid axle swap or something?

They occasionally pop up on ebay, craigslist or the classifieds on various truck forums.

I have a suspicion there are a bunch of them still under trucks in the recycling yards where the worker cut out the axle, and didn't know the value or the need to collect this part.

Hmm... I better grab a few sets from the yard in case I ever need them (not for my half-ton but in the future). These must be made of the same grade of unobtanium as hydroboost brake booster pushrods. Well actually those can be had aftermarket if you have money to pi$$ away.

OP if I find any in my local yard I'll let you know.

Passenger side u-bolt plate for a 1994 F-350 welded directly to the axle tube? or top plate?
Sounds like best bet if that hard to get/rusted out regardless would be to make one up a minute from 1/4" - 5/15" flat stock, nothing special about it that would prevent welding one up a minute cutting torch / grinder / welder.

Track bar bracket part of it but again nothing hard to make up a minute, heat and bent up from flat stock or cut from appropriate size section of box steel.

Top plate even easier to make.

No, he is looking for the PASSENGER side U-bolt plate.

They are NOT available separate and the Universal ones will NOT work because they do NOT have a track bar mount.

I had to MAKE one for my one truck. Not hard, just carefully trim the old one off and weld up a new one
