OK so the drivers side is acting funny. So, I am going to be replacing the door lock actuators soon. The question is has anyone had any bad experiences with any. I am looking at them on eBay. I don't mind to go to the stealership if that is the most trouble free option. However, the ones for $11 on eBay make it very tempting. Just wondering....
I bought a cheap one off of Ebay a couple of years ago. It lasted for a couple of months, and I had to replace it again. I bought an OEM one, and it still works great. You get what you pay for.

I replaced one in my Excursion with an aftermarket piece from Rock Auto. IIRC it was made by Dorman and cost about $25. It's been in for about a year now and it still works fine.
