Cabin airfilter confirmation
Ok, before any one says any thing, I do know the F-series trucks generally do not come with the cabin air filter, however (i forget the part number) I know Ford had the option for some models and years to be equipped with one, so I want to know if my truck has such a option installed where should I look to confirm if its there or if its not installed.

99% chance it does not have one, it was a dealer (not factory) option.
Pull off the black cover under the passengers side dash and look for a removeable drawer thing pointing down. Google for pics of it.
