Quick AE question.
Hey everyone, long time no see! I have a quick question maybe someone on here can answer. I bought AE a couple years ago when I was putting the new motor in my truck....and honestly haven't had to use it since. Well my trucks been acting up lately, and last night I went to connect AE to the truck and it wouldn't work. Do I need to purchase the updates, or am I doing something wrong? Ive only looked over the AE site briefly, but am going to maybe give them a call today.

No, you do not have to pay a subscription fee unless you wish to update software or firmware. Our Trucks are so old there is nothing in the core communications (PWM) which would necessitate one.

Hey all, thanks guys. Sorry I didn't get to look at this earlier today, ill get back with more details tomorrow after I trouble shoot some more. Think its on my laptop end and not the actual software or hardware.
