'00 Air bag trouble codes

'00 Air bag trouble codes
My '00 Exp when it is started will flash "32" five times and then stay on. I've gone to a local shop who hooked up a new snapon code reader but didn't see anything related to the airbags. I also stopped in to the Ford dealership and the service manager couldn't tell me anything about the flashing code. The previous owner had a front end accident but the air bag didn't deploy.
Does anybody know what the system is trying to tell me?
Sorry wrong section but I would think the codes are the same for that year.
