Auto Shut Off
2015 Escape Titanium with Eco Boost 2.0
Not sure if you are aware but this car has an auto shut off feature, if you leave it idling it will shut off on it's own. This happens whether you take the keys with you or leave them in the car with the passenger.
You can disable this feature on your dash display but you have to disable it every time you start the car and plan on letting it idle.
I wanted to share this as the dealer didn't know anything about this feature and if you leave your car running to keep the heater or AC going with someone in the car you need to disable this feature before you leave, we learned the hard way.
Not sure what this feature is supposed to do, but I cant say we like it.

No set time that we can figure and the manual doesn't say either, one time it will still be running at 20-30 minutes and the next it will shut off in 10 minutes.
