'99 F-350 electrical issues
Hey, I'm having trouble with my '99 F-350 7.3L 4X4. One day, my power windows, cruise, dome light, horn, wipers, and 4 wheel drive stopped working. After checking all of the fuses, I have found no bad ones. I NEED HELP!!!

Hope is usually about as useless in troubleshooting as it is in picking a president...
The horn and the speed control do not utilize the GEM module, so their malfunction is due to something else.
