This should get everyone who Looks at the chapter talking

One day I'll get back to working on this. 1952 ****** truck body on a 1989 Catalina Econoline (camper) chassis. I cut 59" out of the frame to bring it down to the factory ****** 118" wheelbase. For now it's 2wd with a Dana 70 rear axle. I put a C6 and a NP205 transfer case in it and utilizing the 460 that was in it with 34k original miles. I still need a front axle, switch from efi to carb, drive shafts, convert rear drums to rotors, little bit of body work and start on the inside. I've already replaced the floor but I don't like it and am going to redo somethings I already did.

Cool project!

I'm working on a 41 ****** coupe. Plastic version. 572 blown Hemi and all.

Actually working on two. First is powered by 427MR, nice driver. The Hemi is under construction and currently getting an custom interior built for it. I completed the wiring harness last week.

I wish I had more time to work on mine. I've got too many things going on right now. I haven't touched it in a while now. I want to find a cheap bed for it so I won't have to make one. It'll have it's time.

Thanks I just sent them an email. I found one about 12 hours round trip for me if it's still there. I could fab up my own for the time and money I would have into that one though

I started on the 427 last July after he purchased it. Spent til Dec. getting all the bugs out of it. Then in Jan started on the wiring harness for the Hemi version. At 4hr/week I don't make big headway either.

red car: 427 power

You can see the chassis to the hemi car in the backround.

Here is the Hemi chassis: body to the right.

I have recent pics of the hemi car, but they are on my phone. It's going to be tangerine/orange/pearl metallic.

Both cars are Outlaw bodies with similar chassis(mustang II front, 4 link rear).

The red car list: pulled heads(lots wrong with them), carbs messed up(rebuilt them), cooling system was all wrong(new radiator, fans), ignition, new door popper system, put gas struts to hold hood/trunk open. Fixed fuel system plumbing in the back, fuel cell was leaking(fittings all loose), heater box was screwed up, some random wiring needed fixed(doors), gas pedal was screwed up(refab'd), front end alignment, leaky master cylinder. Ugh, the list was long. It is now turn key and drive it anywhere.

Those are awesome. Mines not going to be anywhere near that shiny. Once I get it done I'll probably never see the "paint" again. She should stay covered with mud
