Expedition door problem
I've got a 2003 Expedition; the mechanism in the rear passenger door broke, and the external handle wouldn't open the door. I made do opening it with the interior handle until the child safety button and was activated by ghosts. Now the door won't open at all. I know about the small cover that hides two screws, in the middle of the door, but i cant access the two bolts along the door.panel bottom. Should i slimjim the door to open? Is there some way to open it otherwise? I sure appreciate any help from others that have gone through this!
