Saw Dust problem in a/c
My parents have a 94 explorer and what happened is that my father sold his old beater and used the explorer to get to work at the local pulp and paper mill and his parking spot was close to the wood chip pile and everytime on a hot day he would turn on the air conditioner and not realizing it suck in wood fibres, now he is retired but the air conditioner now still works but blows wood fibres throughout the truck. Is there and recommendation of how this could be fixed while mantianing a resonalbe cost because of there limited buget?

The only way to get it all is to remove the plenum and clean it out, as well as the evaporetor case. Otherwise you can try a vacuum at the floor register and suck out what you can, while operating the doors through the modes. Also can remove the blower motor and vacuum what you can out.
