Help me with some weights

Getting ready to leave town for a week to the mountains and weighed my combo as follows. Oh yeah, 34' TT and 01 7.3 ex 2wd

Truck by itself
3680
3700
_____
7380

Hooked up the trailer without WD
5440 rear axle on ex

WD in place
3440
5140
_____
8580

Weighed the trailer at 7400 lbs with WD in place for a total of 15980 combined
I do have a PAT scale that I weighed the tongue and it was 1140#
Should all I have done was weight the tounge with the scale to get tounge weight or does it need WD in place to get accurate. Sorry if this makes no since. Do I need to crank more weight out of WD to get the front axle back to stock

To keep it simple, the current standard is, when hitched with your WD in place, the wheel well height on the front axle is the same or slightly less than it was before you were hitched. This is a change in the standard from in the past when you measured height at the rear wheel well.

Does it look pretty level as you stand back and look at it?

Appears that you are probably a bit nose high.

Yeah I am a little nose high but not much once the WD is in place. I am concerned about the GVWR of the truck, it's 7300 by itself that's with no kids and the wife. I add them and the 1000+ tounge weight and I am all over the GVWR of the truck without adding anything in the rear of ex.

On the door cert, what does it say for the FGAWR and the Rear axle?

What type of tire are you running and what does the sidewall say?

If you are not over any of those then I'd pull it.

E-rated tires I hope...max psi cold to 80.

Joe, What size (weight rating) are the spring bars on your Pro-Pride?

Some please correct me if I'm sailing off course here, but to me your numbers don't add up.
With an unloaded rear axle weight of 3700 and a measured tongue weight of 1140 and 240 pounds unloaded from the front axle the rear axle weight should only be 5080 if ALL the TW was riding on the rear axle. Your rear axle weight WITH WD attached is over that by 60lbs. And the that is only if the WD hitch ISN'T transferring ANY of that 1140 TW onto the front axle or trailer axles. Doesn't add up to me the way I'm reading it.
If you can crank more bend into the spring bars to return the front axle to it's unloaded weight that should also transfer some more additional weight (besides the returned front weight) off the rear axle back onto the trailer axles and give you some more wiggle room on the GVWR. If you have the spring bar capacity to do so.

I have 1400 lb bars, maybe I should try cranking a little more out of it. I think I may have to do some modifying on the left side jack, the bolt appears to be causing an indention on the tounge causing my jack to want to bend out very little. I may get a piece of steel plate to screw the bolt into. I am not all that smart about tounge weights and such. I do remember placing the scale under the tounge coming up with the 1140#. Then cranking the jacks ending up with 840# so I guess I moved the 300 lbs to the front axle?

I'm not all that familiar with the PP hitch as I have the HA which is similar but different in certain aspects. Could you snap a picture to explain the comments about the left side jack, bolt and indentation?
1400lb spring bars sound like a winner for this combo, I think you can get this rig balanced out better using them. Returning the front axle weight to it's unloaded weight will be a big plus for your setup I think.
I'm even more confusalated now with your tongue weight description. How are you measuring the TW and still able to measure it while cranking on the jack screws? I'm not sure what a "PAT" scale is and how it works, can you elaborate?
I know on my EX I'm over on my factory rear axle weight rating when fully loaded, but I have also upgraded to F-350 springs (with 2 additional leaves) and am under what some SD trucks have for the same axle.

I am a state trooper that does size and weight enforcement and we have scales that we weigh axles with. I put the scale under the tounge jack and was able to monitor the reading while engaging the WD jacks. I am not home at this time to snap a pic but will try to find one online . Thanks for help

This is what it looks like. The jacks are mounted on the tongue and clamped by a bolt that screws into bracket then into the tongue to hold it in place
