Help Please! Motorcraft Service info online

Hey folks!

I'm trying to buy online Motorcraft workshop manual access from:

Motorcraft Technical Resource

I get as far as:

"Use the drop-down menus below to choose the vehicle, model year and subscription length you would like to subscribe to. To see the list of vehicle models please select vehicle year first."

But ... there is no drop down menu, at least on my screen. Suggestions? I DID register and login, and out and back in.

Specifically I am needing to reassemble the rear drum brakes on my daughter's '03 Escape. I'll likely be on the s**t list if I don't get it rolling for her by the 4th.

I posted in this forum because it seems to get the most traffic and I'm in a pinch and a hurry.

I just accessed the website from your link line.
The selection appears at the bottom.
Put in year and model in separate boxes.
Came up 19.95 for short term subscription.
My Internet version is 11.0.20, some what old by now.
Good luck.

Aha! The Motorcraft site seems to dislike Chrome, at least mine. Drop down menus appear with Internet Explorer.

Thank heaps !!!
