Couple options, measure your leaf width, should be 3" and then go to your local boneyard and find a truck with blocks taller than your stock blocks.
Second you might be able to find blocks at your local parts store, i know around here pepboys and advance auto sells them.
how big is your truck now i have 38.5x14.5x16.5 swampers on my truck with a 4 inch suspension lift and i have plenty of clearence axle and fender remember axle clearence is everything
hope this helps
bad 78 f 250

I really hope you don't think you are gonna be able to upgrade to 35's from 33's just by adding blocks!!! Of course you won't be able to flex much but that is good considering the blocks will prolly shoot out the side when you try to flex
SAWZALL BABY, SAWZALL!!!

PS.....LOL, if you go to Autozone and buy blocks and actually use them...I can't believe someone on here actually said that!!!

got 5 inch iron blocks on ebay for 40 these are the real good blocks. ohhhh yes the sawzaw is the greatest tool my 79 250 is completely stock but yes oh yes it has big ol swampers on it i completely sawzawed the bed off and mutelated the fenders
Yeah, lift blocks under the front springs are real bad news if it's a leaf sprung truck. If it were a coil sprung truck i'd say throw a set of coil spacers in and have fun, but i'd go for a real lift or at least rearched leaves.
