A F250 pitman arm is almost flat. A F350 pitman has about a 1/2" of 'drop'.

Do you have a pic of the wheels after the truck has rolled forward and the tires have relaxed into their 'normal' stance?

Also, what are the alignment specs?

If all is normal rolling forward, then just back up when no one is watching.

My 87 F150 4x2 is a different animal but my camber looked way off after reversing. New ball joints fixed the issue.

In that case, this has a non-stock pitman arm. It has roughly 2-3 inches of drop.

What do you mean by alignment specs? I just did a tape measure alignment...

Yep, we should have noticed the drop pitman arm in your photo too. Different springs, longer pivot brackets, drop pitman arm, all add up to a lift kit.

Do the wheels lean in at the top even after rolling forward? It may be the angle of the camera, but it looks like the the pivot arms are angled upwards, like the springs have sagged.
