Hey guys. So I have a crew cab, long bed, 3/4 ton F250. Right now I have a 6" Rough Country lift on it and personally I don't like it. I want something more flexible and durable. I hit a rut goin through a field the other day doing maybe 20/25 and blew out a spring and screwed up a bunch of the bars on the front end. I don't need to be able to do 70 through a field jumping my truck like I see videos of all the time (that'd be nice but I'm sure I don't have the money for it), but I'd at least be able to make it through a field. Any suggestions on a better suspension to get.? Any answers are appreciated and that's in advance.!

In no real order..
-Carli
-Icon
-Pure Performance
all the above are expensive, but this is a case you get what you pay for..
Go to YouTube and watch the Carli videos of the suspension tuning they are doing in the desert...
Once I get a suspension like that, is there anything else I need to do to the truck to reinforce, I guess that's the best way to say it, underneath or anything.?
All depends on your budget and how hard you want to drive the truck..
The high end suspension kits from the above companies are pretty complete with everything you need....The more money you spend the more componants they come with..
If you don't want longer radius arms or a 4-link, the Icon radius arm brackets look like the best with how they're reinforced on the rear frame side.
I would franken-lift it, something like Icon brackets and trac bar, Bilstein shocks, OEM sway bar links with new poly bushings, and whatever springs you want depending if they're progressive or not.
For the rear, call Deaver and see if they can build you a better pack based on what height you need and what kind of loads you haul or tow.
Depending on how bad these holes are, limiting straps aren't a bad idea if you know there's a good chance really hitting something hard.
I have the Zone 4" kit....BDS is a parent company of Zone Offroad.
Zone kits are lifetime warranty and have great customer service and USA made.
I think that most compaies make good kits for these trucks as they are solid axle suspension, trucks with IFS are way more complex. I think it mostly comes down to the shocks and springs they use. I have the Zone Nitro shocks and when they go I will be buying the Rancho RS9000XLs shocks. Zone also now offers new radius arms that are made from 1/4 steel, my next upgrade.
