I just bought a '92 Ranger 4X4. Is there any way to put the transfer case in nuetral for use as a Toad (towed behind a motorhome)???

a car trailer is not an option? This would put less miles on the vehicles axles and other internals. If it were me I'd just unhook the drive shafts and tie them into the bed of the ranger or lock them in the storage of the RV
