Who worked?

I worked, i'm a cashier at Arby's. The whole weekend was slow(I worked fri/sat/sun)today we got pummeled. We started up a new system for giving out the food and taking the orders and it completely messed up. We got so far behind in giving out orders because of this that I was the only cashier upfront taking liek 40 orders(people were out the doors) and at one time my manager was like 'You have to stop taking orders, we're too backed up'. I guess ya'll can imagine how the customers liked that. We got everythign fixed shortly and the rest of the day seemed to go smoothly.

Who worked?

I'm a general contractor and we work every day but Sunday. If a holiday falls on that day we get it off. With the exception of Christmas and Thanksgiving. We do take at least Christmas and Thanksgiving day to eat all that food. Hey, if ya can't get a couple days a year off, then why work your butt off.

Who worked?

Worked all weekend on my new shop/storgage building. Didn't pay to well but beats paying someone else to do it.

Who worked?

Worked all weekend in and around the house. Finished cleaning the ceramic tile job we did the past couple of weekends. Replaced the water pump on the truck. Helped our daughter and son-in-law move into their new place. And after the wife finished painting and wallpapering in our bathroom, I installed new stuff on the wall for her. Just a typical weekend. Always something to do around here.

Who worked?

I found out that my insurance company is canceling because I put a claim in for water damage. Since I own the company and I can't go without insurance I guess the worry counts as working.....

Who worked?

I worked! I am a Florist at a Kroger Signature store. The good thing about working today, however, is that we got overtime pay. I also started school today....already spent 2 hours on my math homework and not done yet!

Who worked?

I had today off so I slept in until noon. Once I got up, though, I worked the rest of the day around the house. I wish I had more time for all that I need to do.

Who worked?

I worked. Spent 3 days on a John Deere tractor planting wheat. In the farming business, you work when the conditions are right, regardless of the day of the week. We'll take a day off later.

Who worked?

I worked my regular night shift at the hospital. After that I went home and worked out on the bag. After that my wife and I went out for a nice lunch to celebrate our 24th wedding aniversary. Yeah, we got married on labor day and we've been working on it every since.
