Vibration in front hub

When starting out while turning, in my 2005 Expedition, I get when seems like a slippage in the front wheels. This happens even in 2wd. Does anyone have a remedy for this or is it a major repair?

By slippage do you mean the 4WD engages, or that it feels like the front tires slide sideways a bit?

It feels like the 4wd is engaged. Seems like the front wheels aren't spinning freely.

Remove fuse #115 and see if it drives any better. That's the power for the shift motor and front clutch.

Tried this but nothing changed.

Then it's not an electrical issue, instead you have a mechanical failure inside of the transfer case. The transfer case needs to come out to be repaired.
