2004 f150, 5.4 engine, oil temp out of range, HELP!
Engine oil temp showing 565655 degrees,
Replaced the EOT sensor, same results on scanner and throwing code p0198.
3 volts at green wire with sensor plugged in at connector, 5 volts at green wire with sensor out at connector. Jumping across wires at sensor will put oil temp at 32degrees on scanner.Replaced pcm and had it reflashed, Still showing high temp 565655.
ANY help would really be appreciated,
thank you,

As you indicate, code P0198 refers to "Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Circuit High Input".
But confusingly, the trouble code write-up says high voltage indicates low temperature - opposite of what you are reading and some of your voltage readings. But that conflicts with what the trouble code write-up correctly states about thermistor theory - "electrical resistance decreases as temperature increases". If the ECU is applying a voltage and reading the return voltage through the sensor - seems it would work backwards from what they are saying.
Nevertheless, your having already replaced the sensor AND the PCM, it sure looks like an electrical connection issue. At the following link, I have placed a copy of the Wiring Diagram page from the Factory Service Manual showing pin numbers / wire colors between the sensor and PCM. I would recommend ringing those out for shorts, opens, and good continuity on all connections. You should be able to print it out directly and/or save it to your computer.

Hope this helps.
