Radius Arm Torque Value?

Swapped 75 Ford front disc for 65 front drum. Shopped at 3 separate NAPA auto part stores for Radius Arm Bushing and all carried the same replacement, which looked nothing like the old. After passing on the 1st two stores, traveling approx. 75 miles, decided to go with the replacements at the advice of the NAPA auto service center staff??.

I have questions regarding the torque values for the radius arm? The 1st pic is of the bushing where the radius arm mounts to the bracket on the frame, if I understand correctly it should be 90 ft. lbs which is what I set it at?

I belive the torque value where the radius arm mount at the I Beam, the 1" X 12 bolt, torque value is 240 ft lbs. however, I noticed the nut begins to recess into the spring retainer/cup as I increase the torque. I don't believe I left out any of the components, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong?? Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

After brainstorming, with very little to work with, I realize what I had done wrong, for those who saw my error and did not want to embarrass me I thank you. Corrected and now all is good.

for all the same ratings for a front end.
I did a complete swap and now I'm

These are the torque values I came up with; unfortunately, I can not recall the source, almost certain used the torque values from the 65 shop manual; section 3 page 50. I used these values to reassemble but strongly suggest you recheck to verify. Not sure if the info requested, let me know if need anything further.

Torque Values:

Radius Arm at Frame: 90 ft. lbs.
Radius Arm at I Beam: 1” bolt x 12: 240 ft. lbs.
Shock Absorber: 22 ft. lbs top
Shock Absorber : 45 ft. lbs. bottom
Idler Arm to wheel backing plate: 45 ft. lbs.
Wheel bearing nut: 17-25 ft. lbs.
