2004 6.0 help!

So last night my check engine light came on so I checked by by turbo and seen this hose not sure where it goes help?

Is the plastic tip still in there?


On top of the A/C box there's a sensor hat has 1 hose connection, and 1 wiring harness plug.

Mr. Watts has you taken care of, it connects the MAP sensor to the intake manifold.

Yea Jeff it looks like it's broke off in the hose. And I see where it's broke now! But if its for my ac why would it throw a code?

Yea it's still stuck in there but why did it throw a code?

It's not for the AC it's the sensor for your intake manifold pressure

It is the sensor that reads boost.

It is just mounted above the A/C condensor it is not part of the a/c system.
As already stated it is the Map sensor, the otheer end of that hose connects to a nipple screwed into the air intake passenger side just in front of the turbo pedestal.
