I just recently bought a 2007 Expedition EB, and the driver's seat does not move in any direction (fore, aft, up, down, no recline). I can hear a relay clicking under the seat when I activate any of the power seat switches in any direction. The dealer that I bought it from is sending me new power motors to put in (I told them I like doing my own work), is it possible that both motors went out or is there a different issue I should be looking into?

 

Hey i am having the same issues, replaced both motors still no fix . did you fix your problem?

 

If you can hear a noise, maybe try giving a manual assist to it. When you're pushing forward on the button, push the seat as well. I just got an '08 Navigator and the driver's seat didn't move up/down. I was bummed because it was super high, but when I was showing my wife that it didn't move down, I held the button down and it jumped down, like it got unstuck. Worth a shot.
