New guy with a rough running truck

Hey guys I joined on here because I am at my wits end with me truck. I have a 92 f150 with a 4.9 and a manual transmission. About a month ago she started running rough, after changing plugs, wires, cap, and rotor my problem didn't go away. After talking to a few people I changed the throttle position sensor and the problem went away. Well now a diffent the problem came up and I'm at a loss. When I start the truck with the clutch pushed in it right away it starts to stumble and die. I jumped the two wires in the clutch safety switch to rule that out. Now I start the truck without the clutch pushed in and it starts and idles fine until I push the clutch in to put it in gear. With the clutch in it stumbles and dies. Any thoughts or help on this would be awesome. Thanks

Did you use the factory Jumper (found on automatics) or did you simply tie those reds together? (I think you may have introduced a signal return problem at the clutch safety switch).
