Howdy Bill! And everybody else of course too. I'm knee deep into Elk scouting now. I'm approaching finished (I hope) on repairs with the new Bronco.......$2000 later! Long list of upgrades, but it should be ready to go beat on in the woods now.
VERY true Bill! Just a few days before, I was wheeling it pretty hard, following all my Jeep buddies down into, and out of a few canyons. Hairy trails.....FUN stuff! The steering arm had been cracked for awhile, it was rusted pretty badly outside of the fresh clean break!
Hey fellas, I know we have a buy/sell thread but I wanted to ask in here too since more of us see this.
I'm looking for a disc brake front suspension from a 2wd 73-79 F100/150. Really all I need is the I beams and radius arms. I can get everything else new. But I'd like to get as much as possible. Axles, radius arms, rotors, calipers, and whatnot. I'd also need the brake pedal assembly.
Anyway I've not had much luck finding one on Craigslist, so if anyone knows of one or can just keep an eye open, I'd appreciate it very much.
In the old west a .45 cartridge for a six-gun cost 12 cents, so did a
glass of whiskey. If a cowhand was low on cash he would often give the bartender a cartridge in exchange for a drink. This became known as a "shot" of whiskey
