5.4L 2V engine swap

Hey Gents
I have a 2001 Expedition with a 5.4L 2V w/150,000 miles.

I have found a gentlemen with a 2008 E350 5.4L 2V w/30,000 miles.

The powertrain was pulled from the van to do some kind of electric conversion.

Anyway will this engine swap into my Expedition?
I figure I will need to swap oil pan, intake and exhaust manifolds.
Are there other known issues between these two engines?
Please help, as if this will be painless, I want to buy engine this weekend.

Smile 5.4 2v swap 2001 to 2008

Well for what it is worth I went and purchased the motor this weekend.
I have learned a few things.
The Motor I purchased is out of a 2008 E350.

It appears the INTAKE and Right Exhaust manifold are common between 2001 expedition and 2008 E350. (SAME PART NUMBERS)

Timing cover, Pulleys, P.S pump, Water pump and ALternator appear to be common.

Oil Pan, Left Exhaust Manifold, and Throttle body are different. (2008 E350 was drive by wire, and 2001 expedition was not. EGR is located on the exhaust manifold to the rear on the expedition, to the front on the E series.

MORE TO COME, From what I can tell this should not be a big deal.
