I have a 1995 F-150 5.0 w/ mass air. I've been looking at and considering getting a throttle body spacer. Airaid makes one that has a helix bore. Do these things work good, a little bit, or not at all??

It's a replacement for the camshaft thrustplate. Instead of a piece of metal, there's a bearing that protects the engine block from the rotation of the camshaft. See:
