pinon seal

I have 1997 ford f-150 4x4, And I Have replaced my rear pinon seal twice in one week and is still leaking gear fluid. Could it be a big Problem?

Hi aabreu and welcome to FTE

Is the yoke marked up where the seal rides? It might be worn and that will kill a new seal. Is the diff vent hose plugged? That can cause pressure to build up in the diff and blow the seal out.
Were the seals installed correctly or just beat in crooked or anything? Do the pinion bearings feel ok? Not loose feeling or rough?
