WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT MEETING AT LONG ACRE PARK IN FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS WHEN THE WEATHER IS A BIT BETTER.

HOW DO YOU GUYS FEEL ABOUT STARTING UP A CHAPTER FOR SOUTHERN ILLINIOS FORD GUYS? WE OFTEN ARE UNABLE TO GET UP NORTH FOR THE ILLINIOS CHAPTER MEETINGS AND IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE THEY WANT TO COME DOWN SOUTH TOO FAR FOR MEETINGS DOWN HERE.

TO GO FURTHER I NEED 5 PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO JOIN THE GROUP. WE COULD HAVE MEETINGS SOMEWHERE A BIT FURTHER SOUTH LIKE PINCKEVILLE OR FURTHER GIANT CITY NATIONAL PARK IN C-DALE.

Hey Belleville Ill FTE'ers. This is stumpy. Just a note to let you all know that the Waterloo "April Fools Swap Meet" is April 3rd this year (2005) at the Waterloo Fair Grounds. Ussually big crowd, lots of stuff. Bring your trucks & the money you hide from the wife!

I live in Belleville. We are trying to get a group started for us Southern IL guys, but for right now we are hanging and doing things with the rest of the group. We are thinking about having a meeting / show in April around the Danville / Mattoon area if i am not mistaken. The forum leader will stop in a welcome you I am sure. If you are interested in the SI group let me know and I will add your name to my list. I have to have 5 names before I can make the Chapter active. WELCOME AND HOPE TO MEET YOU SOME DAY.

Lemme know when you find the MUD!! In the mean time I'm doing some landscaping. I'd like to build some fieldstone plantars around the front of the house...but don't want to pay .13 cents a pound. If I were back home in PA...i'd know exactly where to go....usually this kind of sandtone type rock lays around the edges of creeks...not rounded by the water. I vision driving deep into the woods somewhere relatively close the B'ville and finding a beautiful pile of it waiting to be thrown into the back of my truck!!! Any ideas?? I met a guy once..."Miller"... can't remember his first name...who owns several acres back by the YMCA camp off of 158.....guess it would be a good idea to ask the farmers around here where they put all their stone when they cleared their fields 200 years ago???
