How much was it? Where did you get it? Did you notice any horse power increase or fuel mileage? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I paid $380(give or take including extra for the fast shipping). ProficientPerformance.com it is the '96-'98 Cobra 4v model. I can get you the exact part number later. There is a definate increase in the power and overall driveability of the truck. I find it hard to keep off the gas, the motor will stay in first gear to about 4500+ RPMs then shift into second. If I stay on it I can almost hit 60 MPH in second. I would say the city MPG may have increased .5-.8 mpg. I went to FL about a week ago and saw 14.5 mpg running 75MPH and max A/C loaded with people and our stuff. I won't be able to post MPG results till next year, so the long term results will have to wait. I would say this is a "must have" mod.
