buzzing transmission
I have a 76 ford f-150 with a 390 and a C6. When I have the truck in park or neutral, it makes a really loud buzzing. I have felt the transmission pan and am pretty sure this is the source of the noise because I feel it buzzing there. When I put it in any other gear, the buzzing stops and it drives fine, but I am concerned that this is something that might go out or do more damage if not fixed right away. I did do a search but didn't find anything about this on the WWW. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer on this STRANGE problem.
