Hello everyone, I cant afford to do what I want to do all at once so for the next 5-6 months I am going to buy eveything on this list. This is some basic research on the Internet. Do these prices sound about right?

HPOP-$600-$700
Headstuds with engine gasket set-$1000
Thermostat-$70
ICP-$140
IPR-$240
ICP PIGTAIL-$40
Injector o-ring rebuild-$100
STC Update-$50
Tuner $500
Wicked Wheel-$275
Blue Springs Upgrade-$70
Degas-$100
Glow plug Harnesses-$120
Dummy Plugd-$35
Stand Pipes-$120
Coolant Filter-$249
Turbo Drain Tube-$30
Total-$4500+/-

Does this sound about right?

I saw the Sinister one, but I wrote to price for the IPR system. Better to over budget rather than under budget.

Are you currently having issues? If not I would do the standpipes and dummy plugs and possibly the HPOP since it is an 04', and I would go with the dieselsite pump,( http://www.dieselsite.com/2003-20046...lpumphpop.aspx ) . Being an 04 you don't have the failure prone STC fitting so you can remove that from the list. The EGR delete, coolant filter, blue spring and updated turbo supply and drain tubes are a good idea. The other things you may consider are a FICM rebuild and tune from Ed at www.ficmrepair.com , a good set of gauges ( including fuel pressure ) and some fresh batteries. There is no way I would tear apart a perfectly running engine to do head studs for no other reason than reliability unless you want to run some monster tune. You may never have a need to replace the head gaskets and if the time ever comes you will no it. I would save the cash for a just in case fund.
P.S. to answer your question, those prices seem pretty close to right.

I have a leak somewhere in the high pressure area, and my oil cooler is clogging up (my delta is averaging 35-40degrees). I thought the previous owner did a egr delete but I was wrong. Since this a truck that will eventually become a daily driver and I have 2 little girls(who carry sooooooo much stuff) I would like to avoid all future issues. I would also like to increase my HP and MPG as well.

In the 6 months I have had the truck I have put on only 6k miles and that includes a trip from Miami to Virginia and back, and 2 trips to Orlando and back. I had the hot no start condition when I bought it, but the oil cooler started recently.

How's it going Juan, I think some of those prices are a little high , definitely shop around, some company's were already mentioned that are good also Riff raff diesel products and Auto nation white bear lake has been real good. some of the stuff like studs are really not necessary unless you have a heavy tune, most daily drivers DD are mostly stock but have the BPD( OEM) oil and EGR cooler did both of mine for less than 1400 ,don't forget to add to the cost Distilled water for final flush and top off , Coolant and OIL Oh and a 12 pack of your beverage of choice
