Headers
Hi I have a 79 f150 with a 302, I've seen many long tube headers for a 302, should it be specified that I am trying to get headers for an f150 or would any long tubes work for a 302. thanks

Along with 2wd and 4wd and then there are inside the frame exit and fenderwell exit...
Inside the frame will exit right in front of the crossmember. PITA
Shorties, block hugger's ect...

Doable on a 2WD with AT. Iffy with 2WD and manual trans.
Knew about it... factor in a manual trans linkage and a T-case and it starts to get real crowded.

So how many of those pictures you posted are windsors that the OP is asking about?
These make it less of a PITA, but I thought that's why we mod our trucks in the first place to make them our own?

If Id known about those extensions I never would have modded my crossmember.
