I NEED SOME ADVISE, I AM GETTING CONFLICTING INFO AND I NEED TO KNOW WHATS RIGHT.
9'' THIRD MEMBER REBUILD WHEN THE MAIN CAPS ARE TORQUED DOWN CAN THE BEARING RACES + ADJUSTERS MOVE BY HAND, I WAS TOLD IN USED CASES ITS NOT UNCOMMON TO SEE THIS, BUT THAT DOES'NT SEEM RIGHT TO ME, BUT I HAVE NEVER REBUILT A 9'' BEFORE SO I DONT KNOW.
IF ANYDODY KNOWS WHATS RIGHT I WOULD BE GRATEFUL.

i have that tech info, but it does not say anything about how tight the adjusters or races are after the caps are torqued down.
