What repair manual is the best and easiest to follow .chilton or hanes ?
I know I will be asking question on the forum.but I need some manuals and pictures to go buy to. Like I have a lighting problem my brake lights work so does my turn signals and head lights.but my side lights(running lights) my insterment panel lights do not work.and my revers lights stays on its stuck on.
So I am going to need some help.
I've got both and both seem to have equal gaps of information. I have a vintage Clymer manual that is better than Chilton or Hanes.. it even has the factory wiring diagrams.
TThanks guys .i was thinking if I can't find the problem I was thinking about getting some individual lights and running them to each light like one to each side marker light and some to the insterment panel and putting a switch under the dash.and when driving at night all I would have to do is turn the switch on and have side marker lights and dash lights.
I purchase a 1974 f100 and the owner included a set hard cover ford shop manual covers all the ford trucks and vans for 1973 they are great
I am not sure is the dvd are the same but digital if I would get the dvds
