I have finally made the decision to take the plunge and do a DPF & EGR delete. I have 130,000 miles on my 2012 6.7 Powerstroke and I am very worried about the DPF needing replaced. Ford Dealer quoted it at $2400. Although there are no signs of it going out, I am worried with the EPA cracking down on such companies as H&S and Spartan, that the supply and availability is going to be an issue soon leaving me with the only option to pay the Ford Dealer it's due if she let's loose in a year from now. Looking for feedback on the following:
Torque T1 Tuner with DPF delete
Sinister EGR Delete
S&B Intake
Will likely not run the tunes and leave it in stock setting although the rep I just spoke to said leave it in the most extreme setting on the highway which is where most of my miles come from. Thoughts?
Not that it should matter but as of now the engine is bone stock but I am running a Ready Lift Stage 4 lift on 35" Toyo's. Appreciate any advice.
I've had my delete kit on for about 6k miles now it's awesome. The power is the best part. What do I notice...insane power! Yea I don't have to fill the dpf anymore. Supposedly you do get better gas mileage but I'm in the pedal to much to notice. I keep trying to run mine mainly in stock or tow but I always find my self switching back to performance mode on my xrt. It's amazing when you go from performance to tow you can feel the loss power. I put in the dpf delete pipe and ran the stock muffler. It's a nice subtle tone change but not obnoxious. No drone in the cab. I'm not normally the type of person who makes changes to a vehicle but after doing this I want to add a turbo and fuel pump to my 11!

Call mike at no limit fabrication out in AZ.. I did the s&b intake for a while and the sinister egr delete they were ok . But seriously if your wanting some good products look him up on google and give him a call you won't be sorry I got all new stuff from him at a decent price I can't complain.
If you are doing the full EGR delete, go with the No Limits Fabrication kit, makes life easier "burping" the system. I have no experience with the Torque Technologies tuner, so I really can't comment. I have a H&S Mini Maxx, half the time I leave it out of the truck, it just reverts to the stock setting, which the stock Gearhead tunes setting has a bit more power than just "stock".
It's a complete different animal now for sure.
Is it done yet? Mine puts a smile on my face every time I jump in the drivers seat. Maybe every time I look out to the driveway too..
2011 F350 Lariat CC LB SRW - SCT X4 programmer with Extreme Tune, S&B Intake, Sinister EGR Delete, 4" down pipe back exhaust, mishimoto intercooler pipe. Getting 19 - 22mpg empty. The power is always right there on tap just waiting to be poured on..
So the mpg I stated above was from the dash.. not so sure I believe it. Hand calculation say's 16.5 I'll have to keep checking it and recording the values to see how it averages out.

Reason: MPG from dash
