Hello ,
I 'm new here and I'm from Germany , my name is Christian and I'm 30 years young .
Have bought a F350 and need some information which transmission fluid and engine oil which gets thick ??
What should I consider if I want to change the transmission oil ? And how many liters of engine and gearbox oil fit?

4R100 Automatic transmission's take MerconV
Modular motors take 5w20 Synthetic blend. I use Motorcraft filters and oil in my V10. Cheap and works great. May be hard for you to get there though.

Try usatrucks.nl - an active forum in Holland. I am sure someone will be able to tell you where to buy Ford fluids and parts in mainland Europe.
You can download the owner's manual from the internet to give you quantities and specifications.
