Adjust NSS first or shift lever first?
truck was fine before having to sort out the B/U lights, now I need to re-adjust, what do I do first, NSS or shift lever? manual is not at hand, 79 f350 4x4 460 auto

I don't have the '79 manual. In the '76 manual the last step under "Automatic Linkage Adjustments" for the F series is to "Verify neutral start switch adjustment. Error must not exceed 1/8 detent."
