Cruise
On my trip to the beach this weekend , My wife was driving w/ cruise on and it kicked off cruise. thought it was a fluke put it on again and 1 minute later tranny kicked down for a hill and kicked off again, tried aagain, and going down hill when it let up on the gas to maintain speed kicked off again, this kept going until eventually it wouldnt stay set for about 15 seconds on flat road..
On the way home I tried it again for about 7 or 8 miles, both up hill and down andit worked fine. (thats the only section of road I could use it on so I couldnt test it further) Anyone have any Ideas?
The Vehicle was running great otherwise (as good as a 4.6 can run) Thanks for any Info

Could be a number of things but I would check the deactivation switch first, usually mounted on the master cyl. It should have power with IGN switch on and stay powered up till you apply the brakes. Also check the brake light switch and pigtail wiring.
