strange electrical issues

Hello everyone. I have a newly acquired 2002 f-350 crew cab dually. Lariat Power everything. It has the overhead console with temp. etc. THe problems I am having are as follows. And I'm wondering if its a unilateral issue and thats why I am asking before I start troubleshooting. The truck has 165k on it and is stock. I got it from my friends dad. I have both key fobs and checked them for signal at the local auto part store. I've managed to get into programming mode with the door locks actuating at 8 cycles.. But the fobs won't take. They are the ones the owner gave me. I believe they're correct.. Also the high beams were intermittant but now don't work. THe HB light on the dash comes on and the bulbs are good. My fog lights don't work either. I havent checked the bulbs yet because the covers seem brittle to take off. So its not been done. Also the buzzer isn't working on the truck when headlights or keys are left in. The park brake light isn't working on the dash either.. On startup they are all lit. So I know its not in the dash.
