Instrument cluster panel for 2000 EX

I am wondering if anyone knows of a source of an instrument cluster panel (the trim plastic that covers the cluster and all the *****) for a 2000 ford Excursion Ltd. Some of the small retaining clips on it and the piece imbedded in it have broken on a horrific trip around Winnipeg Manitoba on the 'ring road' that they have (concrete slab road where the frost has heaved each one). When I look up on ford websites, they report that it is has been discontinued. The stuff for aftermarket look like dressing for an existing panel. I would be interested in a prettier panel than the OEM (wood grain like the top of the console).

I'm not aware of anyone who makes those parts new in the aftermarket. You're likely going to have to scour the salvage yards or the Internet for good used pieces.
