weekend trip success
We took a small 120 mile trip each way to canyon lake this weekend. Wanted to post our results. We had a lot of new things in the mx for this trip but everything worked out for the most part. I removed the eaz-lift weight distro and installed a 10k equal-I-zer weight distro setup..per the instructions after measuring everything I had to add a washer to the hitch fora total of 6 washers. The head was pushed out pretty far but went with instructions. The drive down was horrible. Trailer was pushing the truck all over the place. No excess bounce but was pretty sketchy a few times. I pulled it apart at campsite and removed the extra washer and. Reassembled. The drive home was night and day different. Much more stable, am looking forward to see if there is any change with the stable loads installed. The pics below show it enforce and after the washer change. Oh. The bars are pretty noisy compared to the chains I had.
