MAF and O2

MAF and O2
Can any one tell me how many Lbs/sec the MAF should read at idle and at about 2500 RPM. I am getting a reading of .08 at 1500 Rpm.
Also my O2 sensor on B2 Sensor 2, has bottomed out at 0.0V. It does shoot up to .725v but I thought the range was supposed to be between .1-.9v.
Trying to determine some rough running. Getting intermittent P0174, but the CEL does not come on all the time. Giving how poorly the truck is running it should be on.
